Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Apple Salad Roasted Brussels sprouts paired with crisp fall apples, tossed in a tangy apple cider vinaigrette, and sprinkled with pumpkin seeds for crunch.

Main Course:
Vegan “Crab Cakes” served with Lemon-Dill Mashed Potatoes and Garlic String Beans
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these plant-based crab cakes are made from a blend of hearts of palm, chickpeas, and fresh herbs. Seasoned with zesty Old Bay spices and served with a tangy vegan tartar sauce, they offer a delicious, ocean-inspired flavor without the seafood.
